Aluminum Beats Steel
Our full aluminum cover, even with a thick full skirt, is half the weight of a comparable steel cover. And it won’t rust or spark.
Fully Welded, Heavy-Duty Skirts
Thick aluminum is welded all the way around the cover for long-lasting durability. There is no tack welding here. Why settle for a cover with a thin sheet metal skirt?
Prevention Against Surface Water Contamination
A gasket located in the body ring prevents contamination from rainwater or surface debris.
Trouble-Free Installation
That thick aluminum pipe skirt extends nearly a foot below grade to ensure trouble-free installation even in deep concrete. two dummy-proof notches ensure easy lay in while aligning the bolt holes.
Fully Customizable
Customize the length/diametre, colour, bolt size, and logo. Custom design services are available with no minimum quantities required.
H-20 Rated
All Alucast covers exceed the requirements of H-20 rating and have been certified AASHTO M306-10. Testing products to this rating isn’t common in the industry. It’s standard practice for us.
Secured Cover
Two recessed, self-aligning stainless steel hex bolts with O-rings secure the cover to the body ring.
Maximum Load Bearing Capacity
Our aluminum covers and body rings are heavily ribbed to ensure maximum load bearing capacity.
Easy Bolt Access
More space is left around the bolt to ensure easy access with a wrench or socket.
Clearly Labeled
DO NOT FILL graphic warning statement is permanently cast into the cover with equilateral triangle outset in accordance with API Recommended Practices 1615.
